These Terms and Conditions govern the entire relationship between you and 88phx. By creating an account and using the platform, you agree to everything set out in this document. Please read it carefully before placing your first wager.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
References to singular nouns include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause.
To be eligible to open and maintain an account with 88phx, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
88phx reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable identity documents include a Philippine government-issued ID such as a Philippine Passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, Driver's License, or PhilSys National ID. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested will result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.
If 88phx discovers that a player has provided false information regarding their age or identity, 88phx reserves the right to void all wagers placed by that player, forfeit all funds in the account, and permanently close the account without notice or recourse.
Each player may maintain only one (1) registered account on the 88phx platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the platform.
During registration, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You must update this information promptly if it changes after registration.
88phx does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that your participation in gambling activities on the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
88phx reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline a registration application from any prospective player without providing a reason for such refusal.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88phx account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your account login details with any third party under any circumstances.
You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorised those activities. 88phx shall not be liable for any loss arising from the unauthorised use of your account credentials where such loss results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login information.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 88phx support immediately at [email protected]. 88phx will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, may suspend the account to prevent further activity pending investigation.
Account credentials must not be sold, transferred, or otherwise made available to any third party. Any attempt to sell, broker, or transfer an account will result in immediate permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds.
88phx accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and player account tier.
All funds deposited into your 88phx account must originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from accounts belonging to family members, friends, or business associates — are prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
88phx processes deposits in real time or near real time for most payment methods. In the event of a technical delay, players should allow up to 30 minutes before contacting support. Any deposit that fails to credit your account within this timeframe should be reported promptly to our support team with proof of the transaction.
88phx reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation from any player at any time, particularly in the context of large or unusual deposit patterns. This is a regulatory compliance obligation, not a measure directed at any individual player.
The minimum withdrawal amount from 88phx is ₱200. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that is registered in the same legal name as the 88phx account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
Before processing any withdrawal request, 88phx may require completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You must provide a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawal requests are held until KYC documentation is reviewed and approved.
Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within an average of 15 minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically completed within 1–3 business hours. 88phx does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or public holidays.
88phx reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, per day, or per week depending on account tier, wagering history, and risk assessment outcomes. Players seeking higher withdrawal limits may contact support to discuss their account profile.
Any withdrawal request made while an active bonus is in progress will result in the forfeiture of that bonus and its associated wagering requirements. The real money balance at the time of the withdrawal request will be released for processing.

General Bonus Rules
Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may not be claimed in combination with other new player promotions unless explicitly stated.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded by the 88phx server, the server-side result shall be deemed authoritative and final. 88phx reserves the right to void any wager placed as a result of a manifest technical error, game malfunction, or software fault that resulted in incorrect odds, game configurations, or payout calculations being displayed. In such circumstances, all affected wagers will be refunded to the player's real money balance.
Live dealer games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant as presented by the live studio. In cases of dealer error or a procedural fault during a live game, the game provider's ruling is final. 88phx cannot override live dealer game results independently of the provider.
For sports betting markets, all wagers are settled in accordance with the rules of the relevant sport and the specific market rules published within the betting interface. In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or voided event, applicable market rules will determine how affected bets are settled.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88phx platform:
88phx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Where an account is closed following a confirmed breach of these Terms and Conditions, 88phx reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the account. Where an account is closed for regulatory or security reasons unrelated to player misconduct, 88phx will return the verified real money balance to the player via their original payment method following completion of any outstanding investigation or verification process.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 88phx support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any pending withdrawal at the time of voluntary closure will be processed to completion before the account is deactivated.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 88phx shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the player's use of the platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or 88phx had been advised of their possibility.
88phx does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 88phx makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any content or service on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit 88phx's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct negotiation in good faith. Players are encouraged to contact 88phx support in the first instance to resolve any account or gaming dispute informally. 88phx will respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.
88phx operates in compliance with the regulatory framework administered by PAGCOR. Where a dispute involves regulatory compliance matters, players may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaint procedures.
88phx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects player rights or obligations — 88phx will provide notice through one or more of the following channels: a prominent notice on the 88phx platform, an email to the registered email address associated with the player's account, or an in-account notification message.
Continued use of the 88phx platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.
